What is your refund & cancellation policy?
At the time we are not offering refunds. Should you need to cancel your lesson due to weather/sickness/car trouble or family emergency we ask that notify Winter via text no later than 24 hours before your lesson time. We will try to be as accommodating as possible to get you rescheduled at your next earliest availability. A 3-strike policy applies to cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your lesson, with more than 3 cancelations or no shows less than 24 hours prior to lesson per calendar year being charged the full price for the lesson. This insures that ring & horse availability is kept up to date.

No, you do not! Pine Hollows Stables can provide safe lesson horses for all skill levels. If you have your own horse and are interested in boarding, Pine Hollows Stables has excellent boarding options available. See pinehollowstablesiowa .com or text Deana Gast at 515-208-9536 for more information!
Do you offer boarding?
I personally do not offer boarding but Pine Hollows Stables, where my business runs out of, does offer excellent boarding options. Visit pinehollowstablesiowa.com to check out their facilities or text Deana Gast at 515-208-9536. I personally keep my horses there and they couldn’t be happier.
I don’t ride English, I ride Western! Can I still ride?
Absolutely! Contact Deana Gast at pinehollowstablesiowa.com or text her directly at 515-208-9536 to schedule with her Western program. She has an excellent program & offers trail riding packages as well which can take you to many of Iowa’s & Missouri’s parks & campgrounds.
Can I bring guests?
Yes, totally! They will all need to sign waivers and anyone riding will need to pay for a lesson but we encourage families to enjoy the joy of riding, even if only from the ground.
